Page 61 is haunted …

October 27, 2014

copyright Celia Warren  When you think how many books there are in the world, you’d expect some to be haunted, wouldn’t you? Don’t Poke a Worm till it Wriggles is haunted by Sir Wilberforce Worm, who is of course, a ghost worm. He’s a friendly ghost and all his squirmy descendents are very proud of him. I think he’ll be squirming extra spookily over Halloween.

This poem appears on page 61 of my collection of worm poems. Inside the book you can meet lots of other wormy characters – athletic worms, funny worms, famous worms and, naturally, charming worms. If you don’t have the book, stick it on your Christmas List – it’s a great toe tickler – um – I mean, stocking filler!
